✍️ Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. If incorrect details are provided, it may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation.
- If our system detects an address issue, our support team will contact you within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
- If you need to update your shipping details, please email us at help@nasoheal.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
⏳ Delayed Delivery
At NasoHeal, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that delays beyond our control may occur, including:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once we hand your package over to the shipping carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
If your package is lost or stolen, please:

🚨 Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot issue a refund or resend your package.
